The Shandong Gaishi Smart Supply Chain Hub Project is adjacent to the Handan-Jinan Jiaozhou-Jinan Railway Connection Line (Jinan Freight North Ring Line), with a straight-line distance of about 950m from the Dongjia Railway Freight Center, 12km from the Yaoqiang International Airport and 17.5km from the center of Jinan. The railway, highway and shipping conditions are excellent, which is conducive to the efficient connection of multimodal transport and regional distribution.

The eastern plot is located east of Zhiding Avenue, north of Tongyu Street, south of Tongding Street, and west of Chaoyi Road. The project has an operating area of 115.5 mu and a construction area of approximately 72500 square meters. Three smart logistics warehouses and one supply chain service center will be built. The western plot is located east of Zhiding Avenue, north of Tongyu Street, south of Tongding Street, and west of Chaoli Road. Covering an area of approximately 98.3 mu and a building area of approximately 56200 square meters, three smart logistics warehouses will be constructed. The construction of the East Block of the Shandong Gaishi Smart Supply Chain Hub Project will begin in 2022 and will be completed and put into use in 2024, integrating into the national logistics hub network.
This project can achieve the upgrading and expansion of the support capacity of the national logistics hub carrier, forming a new framework for high-quality urban development with "multi district linkage, functional improvement, and spatial optimization", and enhancing the employment level of enterprises and society. After the implementation of the project, it will lead the development of high-end consumer logistics, further enhance the ability of Jinan's commercial and service-oriented national logistics hub to serve the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region and connect the Yangtze River Delta through the construction of industrial and supply chain ecosystems, and play an important driving role in employment and people's livelihood.
