In 2015, the Gasgoo Group invested in the construction of a logistics engineering master's training base of Jinan University. It is now recognized as a provincial postgraduate training base by the Provincial Department of Education, and has successively trained 32 logistics engineering masters.
In 2017, in response to the call of the Jinan Municipal Government, it introduced a high-level innovative and entrepreneurial talent from home and abroad to further enrich the group's logistics technology research and development team.
Excellent Talent Training
In terms of logistics talent training, Gasgoo Group can be regarded as the Whampoa Military Academy in the logistics industry, and has trained a large number of talents for logistics enterprises in and outside the province. The Group established an expert consultant team in 2005 and invested in the establishment of the Gasgoo Business School. In 2015, the Gasgoo Group-Jinan University logistics engineering master graduate student cooperative training base was invested and established by the Provincial Department of Education. It has been recognized as a provincial graduate training base by the Provincial Department of Education. It has been established since its establishment. Has trained 32 logistics engineering masters.
At present, the group has a total of 600 employees, 84 of whom are middle-level or above management personnel, 12 have intermediate or above professional titles, 80 have intermediate or above vocational qualification certificates, 104 have a bachelor degree or above, and 55.8% have a college degree or above.
