In 2020, the Group and Jinan University were approved by the Department of Education of Shandong Province as the joint training demonstration base for graduate students of industry-education integration in Shandong Province. In 2021, the two sides set up the Institute of Industry-Education Integration, which created a good beginning for building the enterprise-oriented, market-oriented and "government-industry-university-research fund taking" innovation system.
In June 2022, Ji'nan University and Gaishi Group will jointly participate in the signing activities of the High-quality Development School-enterprise Youth Innovation Platform Project in the Yellow River Basin, and sign the cooperation project of industry-school integration. It marks another comprehensive upgrading of the company in terms of promoting the integration of production and education and giving play to the main role of the company.

In 2015, the cooperation training base for master's degree in logistics engineering was invested and constructed by the Gaishi Group in Jinan University. Now, the base is recognized as the provincial graduate training base by the Provincial Department of Education and has successively trained 32 master's degrees in logistics engineering.
In 2017, in response to the call of Jinan Municipal Government, a high-level innovation and entrepreneurship talent at home and abroad was introduced, which further enriched the Group's logistics technology R&D team.
